If you were to get HIV from a skin disease, which is possible, the easy cure is a Fonzy Chop to the affected region of skin. Watch Happy Days for the proper method.

HIV is not a skin disease and therefore can't be transferred to you by skin contact. However, you should get tested just to be sure.
HIV is transmitted through:

blood

Semen

Vaginal Secretions

mammary milk.

if the skin infection had any of the abouve present in or around it, then you might be at risk.
HIV is only transferred by certain bodily fluids, and only if there's an open wound. Like any other biological infectant, it cannot live outside the body for very long. Unless you were cut, there's a pretty low probability that you could contract it from the surface of their skin.
Hey Sankara

You should go and see your Dr. if she had open wounds and you were touching this area and there was a way for fluid transfer and now you have the same skin decease chances are very good that you have been infected with both deceases. sorry my friend, but you will need to go to the Dr. Go and get tested that way you will know for sure. You will need to take precautions now when interacting with others in a sexual way to prevent the spread.

Please Take care and have faith, it could still just be a skin rash and not HIV as well.

....cya....
