I have a HP computer w/windowsvista...The booklet said "to close all programs and temporarily disable any virus protection software..." I tried to pull up the website to learn how...but again , more difficulites...I'm an 57 year old grandmother, that has come out of the dark ages...and is trying to join the world of tech...I need help...but remember half of what you will tell me will sound like greek to me...so be kind and PLEASE make it simple!

Well, there should be a CD that came with your camera. Just put the CD in the drive and follow instructions carefully there.
If it did not came with a CD, tell me your camera model and i'll try to search them.

If you have the software CD rom that came with the camera, just put it into your CD rom drive and the installation should start automatically, just follow the on screen prompts and remove the CD rom when the installation is complete.
