I have a virus on my computer called Troj Agent .WTV and i need to know how to get rid of it?

i have the Trend Micro PC-cillan protection and i did a scan and this is the only thing on here but it shows up 10 times. It wont let me quarantine it and it wont let me delete it. So somebody please tell what to do thanks :)

When it's clean, don't forget to re-hide those files.

PS...Don't turn off System Restore until you are absolutely sure that's where your infection is! Go to this link and scroll down to the yellow lightbulb and see what a Microsoft MVP says about turning off system restore:
