How the heck do I delete a file that says "cannot read from the source file or disk" Ive tried all my virus protection stuff and I cant move,delete,or rename this stupid file. It's driving me nuts.

i would say that another file or program running is useing that file keep looking ,it helps if you know how the file got there

maybe it is not meant to be deleted but i dont know if this will work or not but you can try to cut the file and then paste the file in a different directory and then try to simply delete it this has actually worked for me before right click on the file select cut then go to a different folder or your desktop or wherever then right click again and select paste and then try to simply delete it good luck
reboot the comp
check the properties on the file see if they are read only or archive, if they are read only try swtiching to archive by checkingthat box, close it out then try and delete it
minimize your page by single click the icon of the two squares in the right corner and then drag and drop the file over to the recycle bin
