I use AVG free virus protection but it doesn't have an email spam program along with it like Mcafee does.
I'm plagued with an email someone keeps sending me with stock pics and it's a picture of text, so I can't choose certain words in the body of the email to screen them out.

Keep the Internet free, you are going to get spammed if you use a Primary email account to fill out online forms, so make a goofy one, like roaming_lawn_gnome or pink_zebras_inpetticoats, any online form you fill out, use that, if you start getting spammed, dont use that site anymore.

What you can do is put their email address in your block list. Then they will automatically be blocked. Check your email preferences.
