No protection is 100 percent, yes there are some that include it all, check download.com foor free versions.

McAfee Sells a internet suite that has all of what you said in one package plus privacy service for 49.00 Thats what Ive used for the past 10 years and I have never had any problems, plus customer service is awesome. Live chat all that stuff.

Upgrade your memory by buying more memory for your PC its only like 100 bucks and it will speed your PC up.

Be careful with download.com make sure there isnt any adware or spyware with those free downloads. I would just buy it direct from McAfee.
The best protection is Zone Alarm. I use it on both my machines. Go to my website and click on the Zone Alarm ad to save $20.
There are also companies that make external devices to filter content BEFORE it reaches your computer. SonicWall in California is a great one, but might be a bit much if you're only on a home PC.
I think with the use of these two programs, you can have 99% protection on your PC.
