I have some virus issues?

First of all las scan i did i had 132 infections which i got rid of, but here are some things that i need help of

- WinAntivirus2007

- Internet Speed Montior

- Internet Worm Protection

and there are worms and everything on here. If you want i will send a Hijackthis! log if anyone needs it tell me. thanks!!!

1. Download and run firefox to protect your from future spyware attacks and pop ups which are coming in through internet explorer (Trojan downloaders, win32 ) .Then update your windows through firefox
