This is malicious software that imitates virus protection software. Did this guy get you? If you have been infected with this mall-ware and wondering who did this to you. Only a "front" for the real cause of this Smitfraud / Zlob epidemic. It has been reported that the real dudes behind these rogue ransom-ware are organized crime gangs in Ukraine, Russia and other countries of the former Soviet Union.

Good luck getting any satisfaction with the authorities there. They are pretty corrupt.
