After Aug 31st and after charging my credit card, I haven't been able to use the jukebox. At si

an upgrade. I follow the directions on the screen, but the upgrade never occurs. I have disable my Firewall, my Virus Protection, my Spyware hoping for the download to go thru smoothly but nothing happens, I have Emailed the "customer support Team" but I have yet to get an answer. Sometimes I get the feeling that I was taken "for a ride" by Yahoo.
