The do's and don'ts of not using no virus protection, cause i have a difficult time downloading it.

i would recommend you to use mozilla firefox. less risk of getting virus in web sites.. don't accept files from friends as you might not know it's a virus. keep updating yourself with virus knowledge. i believe this is the best antivirus protection.

I do not recommend for one sec. to not have a real time anti-virus program. There are so many ways you could get hit with a virus it is not funny. Some you don't even have to go to any site. Just being online is enough. So, you may be having trouble downloading a anti-virus program because you already have a virus. Try running a online scan to see if it can find it. Also after you get rid of the virus get a free one at least. There are many out there that are pretty good. AVG is one of them. I have listed some programs below that will help you clean up your machine.
