How can i open a disc in my cd drive?

I have this disc "cdr" someone made for me to download a couple of virus protection programs.

I used it before and when i put it in the cd drive it came right up to install.

Now it not working.

What program do i use to open it?

I might have deleted the program to open it and i dont know what program to down load now.

insert the disk into the cd/dvd drive, go to my computer

then right click the disk drive that you inserted it to and

then click explore. Then you either click on autorun.exe

or setup.exe, it depends.
