today i did system restore on my computer. and when it was done it restarted and i have mcAfee virus protection on my computer. it said virusscan was disabled. Personal firewall and privacy service are both enabled though. Every time I try to enable virusscan it says some components of activeshield are either missing or might not have been installed properly. it wont enable it. what should i do to fix this? i dont want to get in trouble with my parents. please help!!!!!!

do you have MC Affee CD's? or did you download Mcafee from their site with Key....you must re-install it

Uninstall the bad protection. Then go to www.mcaffe.com and download it again. You will need the login information to do that.
