it says click ok to download a antispyware and cancel to open a window which has all the details of my computer.i scanned my computer with norton 2006 but nothing i got.still the problem is there.

the window displays the following:

The internet does not scan your computer, unless it is trying to infect it. You are clicking on an ad. You have a homepage hijacker. Try using Yahoo Anti-Spy or go to cNet.com to find a good scanner to get what Norton doesn't.
