Computer protection question?

ok iv got the Free edition of AVG7.5 virus thingy and iv also got CCLEANER, what else do i need to protect my computer? everytime i finish on the internet and close it i get an error report why is this?

Hmmmm, seems everyone has alot for you to check out already so I'll leave it at that...But, with the pc being a work one, wouldn't it be your jobs problem to have all of the firewalls and virus scanners that your comp needs...Not yours???? Just a thought that's all.
