sorry m8 i have no idea. the password in most a/v programmes is one the owner sets manually.
however if you have forgotten your password. i suggest you run an onlins scan. go to http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ and run a scan and clean. turn off system restore prior to cleaning to be sure that the malware is completely removed and is not re-installed when you restart your computer.
only once your computer is clean should you turn system restore back on.
if you realy want to use mcafee then you may need to email mcafee customer service for help.
