I've had this happen in the past. A friend just had this problem. They called a techical advisor, and they remotely fixed the problem from there systems free of charge. Basically, you picked up a spyware from a website that you went too, that your virus protection and spyware protection didn't detect, or stopped. If you don't fix it, it will only get worse. You can also call a computer tech in your area, and they should be able to help you out, and shouldn't cost you alot either. Last time I had this happen to me, i reformatted my hard drive, and reinstalled everything, but I also had a back up disk made, hopefully, you shouldn't have to go to that extreme. I also want to add, if you go to website to try and have them remove this, be careful. Some say they are free, and it downloads to your computer, only to have more problems and junk that you don't need. Also, yahoo tool bars and google pop up blockers, dont' work with stopping this sort of spyware.
