Go to nortons.com and download the norton removal tool. Save it to your pc and run it. It will remove the norton virus program from your pc.

If you have a Mac I can't help you. But if you have windows I can. For windows, go to start, settings, and then click Control Panel, then you click add/remove programs and find it and click uninstall(delete).
